The Complex
Before becoming Maxwell Terrace Apartments, our building at Colonial Drive and John Young Parkway was the Hilton Inn West. (Fun fact: When Elvis Presley performed in Orlando in 1977, he stayed at the Hilton Inn West.) Maxwell Terrace has 338 efficiency units.

Located at Maxwell Terrace, the Resource Center offers assistance with resumes, interviews and other employment support. Maxwell Terrace also houses our Pathlight Kitchen and Culinary Training Programs.

The Complex
Maxwell Garden has 205 units — 180 efficiency apartments and 25 traditional single room occupancy units, with private bedrooms and communal living areas.
A swimming pool and outdoor seating area provide a respite for residents.
Students from the Culinary Training program obtain real-world food service experience at Sobik’s Subs — connected to Maxwell Garden. Profits from this Sobik’s Subs location go to the Pathlight HOME mission for housing and supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.
