

Culinary Training Program
At Pathlight Kitchen, students in the Culinary Training Program have access to our state-of-the-art culinary kitchens.
During this free 12-week program, students gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to succeed in the culinary industry. Through classroom instruction, practical kitchen training, and educational field trips, students learn cooking techniques, proper meal preparation, kitchen safety, and the fundamentals of operating a commercial kitchen. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates earn their Food Handler Certification, ServSafe Certification, ServSafe Allergens Certification, and Graduation Certificate.
