One birthday. One jersey. Thirty-two NFL teams. Only ONE winner. Starting August 3rd, you'll have the chance to decide what jersey our President & CEO, Carl Falconer, wears on his birthday—all while helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness find a place to call home. 💜

About the event
It's game time, and this year YOU get to decide what jersey our President & CEO, Carl Falconer, wears on his birthday!
Carl is a loyal Chicago Bears fan, but for one special day, his football loyalty is in your hands. From August 3 through August 27, every donation to Pathlight HOME counts as a vote for your favorite NFL team. Simply make your donation and enter the name of the NFL team you'd like Carl to represent.
When voting closes, the team that raises the most money wins—and on August 31, Carl will proudly wear the winning team's jersey, no matter which team comes out on top!
